Right side, or left side. It's some kind of mood-related; sometimes it's the right side, but sometimes I can only sleep on the left side.

Left side, leaned to the wall, two pillows (one big and more solid, one small and soft to fill the space beneath my head), hands down together. I can't sleep otherwise -_-
