Another year... |
 It's been a long time since I last posted, and a lot as happen. I've had exploding teeth, been under the knife twice, got into GPS gaming, travelled to Vienna and Dublin for said game, and finally met a very old friend (With whom I ended up sat in a cat cafe having afternoon tea/coffee and cake).
My beard has grown longer...
My hair has grown more grey...
Every year since 2005, around August, I have found myself returning to Germany, fox costume in tow, for a week of amusement. While some years have had setbacks, I have not missed a single year.
Then this year happened. And I find the event cancelled. An unbroken streak of 15 years brought to an end. It feels weird not travelling this year.
And at the rate things are going, will I be able to pick it back up next year?
Time will tell I guess. |

| It was really nice meeting you, I still remember it fondly! We also had a lot planned this year (mostly going to concerts) and that has all been thrown out the window, it is really strange and sad, and right now it doesn't look like it will be that much better next year. Our bet is that things will slowly go back to normal in 2022, but 2021 is still going to be haunted by 2019, which is very weird. Still, I hope we can meet again sometime in the future! Stay healthy & safe my friend. |
