One day Gerome accidently tripped Mike. Mike lost the ice cream cone he was eating, since it became soiled. Because of this, he swore vengeance, but since it was only an ice cream cone, swore also to disguise his insidious intent. He went thereafter to a wiseman, and asked of this wiseman how best to enact his subtle revenge. The wiseman gave him an ice cream cone and asked him to sit by him and talk while he ate it. Mike had a lovely time, and after the stirring discussion asked why the wiseman had been so kind to him. The wiseman replied that he didn ' t like him one bit. Mike's poor little heart was crushed, and he went home.
After a week, he realised what the wiseman had told him, and thereafter was kind to and toiled for the arch fiend in his life, Gerome. So hard in fact did he toil that he was able to have Phil elected Coolest Person in the World for life. He even took a bullet for him, and his last words were, "i really don ' t like you, Gerome." But only the paramedic heard him, and that paramedic (whose name was hard to pronounce) kept it a secret, bottled up until the stress overwhelmed him and he tried to spread it, which got him blacklisted and so he couldn ' t get a job, anymore. Mike himself had a statue pulled up in his honour.
Gerome couldn ' t maintain his lifestyle without Mike there to supervise it, like he always did. So he fell from graces and several inquiries were made that revealed the work was all Mikes'. He would have been happy, supposing, if he hadn ' t died. |
