He did it again!

Dear sadists,

further improvements (or the opposite) have been brought to PHQ!

- The price for offered contracts got reduced by half. ContractSellers get paid less and TrapCrafters pay less.

- Added a small chance of keeping resources when crafting, based on the trapcrafting-skill.

- NPC contracts will now be able to quit.

The new bomb victims version will be finished next week. Sorry.

The probability of saving a resource is ((Current trap skill)/2)% I guess.
For a 40 Craft skill, it means 1 resource every 5 used - which is like 1 more trap every two days. This is a non-negligent help, for sure, and when we'll have 99 in TS, it'll mean 1 resource on 2, which is pretty decent. But when we'll have 99 in TS, we won't lack of resources nor money, because our max traps amount will be maxed at Lv18 - which means the same amount of traps to make for yourself while raising the amount of resources you can order. So, for now, the boost is not that big, but it's still nice and useful :). And it was a good idea to lower the fixcosts. Now I only lose 5k a day ^^
Now gotta wait for the new BV version

I meant that NPC Contracts will now quit themselves after sometime.

To lower the price of contracs was good, but by half?!
wtf?!
Don't you think this is a bit over the top?
I didn't get too much money till now :/ .
I don't know if I can deal with half of it.
Especially when often duration 1 traps are for sale and because of that
4 traps a day expire and I can only buy 3...
And then NPC contracts cancel themselves after "sometime"
?!
wtf does "sometime" mean? That also means less money.
To get TC more resources is good, because there were not many
traps available.
But very very single-edged update!

Well, there was something to do to balance the income of the TC/CS. I lose money every day, while CS earn a lot (Say, CellarDoor said he had over 500k ... I managed to get to 100k by saving up money a lot and using low-level traps to lower my fixcosts, and if I hadn't found a good yet random way to maintain a nice "side-income", I'd be broke in 5 ticks ...)
So only the future will tell the advantages and the inconvenients of this update, but for now, I can only see good points.
