Dear sadists, what comes every 4 years when the year divided by 400 or divided by 4 is a natural number? Something that's called a "leap year" or an "emboly". And what's the purpose of this "emboly"? One year has 366 days instead of 365, strictly speaking February has 29 days instead of 28. Now PHQ did know about that. It knew that the second month in a leap year has 29 days instead of 28 days, but a small array where the amount of days of each month were listed didn't have a clue about that. It told PHQ that February 2004 has 28 days like usual. A guy called Mr. While counted the missed days between the last login (February 29th 2004) and the current date (March 1st 2004). In fact he subtracted 1 day and the new date was March 00th 2004, which was okay because now PHQ told him: "Dude, March is over, continue from February 28th." Well, Mr. While's purpose was to subtract days until he reached the date of the last login, February 29th 2004. And after 4,000 years and over 1,460,000 days he gave up, giving a 500 internal server error. A medical sentinel called MS came along to help unconscious Mr. While and told him that we're in a leap year and that February 2004 has 29 days indeed.
