Description:
A very good Russian pancakes (Blini) batter recipe |
Typically i cook my batter with these ingredients:
500ml Milk
2 Large eggs
Pinch of Salt
1 tbsp Silver Spoon Caster Sugar
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Citric acid powder
240g Allinson's plain white flour
1 tbsp Olive oil
115ml Boiling water
110g Butter.

I can make blini, so I'll just say that they really deserve to be tried by many. And thank you for sharing the recipe here.
Wisdom for those who will cook - "the first blin (pancake) is always lumpy". This is always an excuse if it doesn't work out right away hehehe |
