Description:
The story that none will care about. Mostly written for Rikki, so she may know as much as I do. |
It was the fight of a lifetime. Between the werewolf and the beast. The werewolf by the name Lucius. The beast that everyone refused to name. That beasts' name was a common swear usually...Bitch. That was the only thing it had ever been called, but it's true name had never been uttered by a soul...Kat. Her name was only spoken after the werewolf made it clear that her name was Kat.
Before this fight, the two had been friends. The werewolf was created by Amy, the young girl with the troubled mind. With her strong love for werewolves and the longing to be a boy, she created Luicus. He was made as her friend, someone to talk to, for her family ignored her, he was also meant to be the one to keep her troublesome thoughts. He was her bookkeeper of thoughts. Lucius threw her thoughts into the back of her mind, leaving them scattered. The really bad ones, he threw as far back as he could. It was from these thoughts that Kat spawned. Kat was the purely sadistic and evil form of both Lucius and Amy.
It all happened in the summer of 1992. Amy was 5. The boy that lived down the road during the summer, Adam, did some rather uncomfortable things. He was 12. Amy had created Lucius to deal with the memories. He could not, not able to understand the fear behind them. Though try as he did, more memories were made. It became too much, Lucius became frustrated. He pushed the memories back into Amy's head. Kat began to form. She was cruel, and sought revenge. As Lucius slept, she crept into Amy's thoughts, telling her things. Soon, Amy could hear this when she was awake. She could hear both Lucius and Kat.
Later that summer, Adam gave Amy a blue puppy. A part of her wanted to throw it out, Lucius said to give it back, Kat said to keep it. Was it not Kat who comforted her every night and day? Amy listened to Kat, her guiding force. Even later that summer, the line was drawn. Adam had gotten too far. Something snapped. Lucius was enraged, unknowing fully why he was so enraged. Kat was laughing hysterically. Amy was scared and nervous. The next day, Adam stopped Amy in the middle of the road. She got off her bicycle and bit him. Kat's voice told her not to let go. She didn't. She ripped open his chest and tore his shirt open. He was bleeding and ran back to his house crying.
Adam never went near Amy again. He kept his distance.
Over the years, Amy forgot her two friends. Occasionally, she would make poeple call her Katie. It was a beautiful mix, Amy and Kat. Only during games did she become different male characters, being a mix of herself and Lucius. This lasted until she was about 8. THe fun was soon over. Kat and Lucius were forved into the back of her mind.
Kat and Lucius grew mentally, much faster than Amy. They developed great skills, especially mind wars against each other. It was all fun and games. Each could mentally control Amy, which they did occasionally. But Kat was only inspired by HATE. Lucius could come out whenever.
Lucius had access to every memory. Kat kept the bad ones. She sacrificed that childish innocense for Lucius and Amy. Out of that self-sacrifice grew a hatred. It was a hatred so strong Lucius had to cage it, and Kat. In caging it, he slept also. During his slumber, Amy threw her memories into the back of her head. At night, Lucius would organize them, Kat asking still, for the most fearful and hurtful ones. Lucius gave them to Kat, not wanting to be hurt. This was the way it was. Lucius and Kat were dormant until a horribly strong emotion woke them. That was the only time either of them was fully present.
Amy battled her depressions. She hurt herself intentionally both physically and mentally.
By the summer of 2003, Amy had reached a great maturity. She was afraid to be alone. Lucius was dormant, but Kat had been awake for a long time, about 3 years. She constantly made fun of Amy. Laughing at her in her mind. Lucius awoke that summer when Amy dated Rick. Rick had another personality...Rikki.
Rick was 18 when he and Amy started to date. He showed Amy so much love, more than she had ever known. She loved him just as much. When Rick introduced Amy to Rikki, Lucius awoke. Rikki was something Amy could handle mentally, and begin to understand. That did not matter. Lucius wanted to meet her. He did just that. It started wieht cruel words, a challenge that the two should meet face to face. After a while, Rikki and Lucius formed a relationship thta coinsided with that of Rick and Amy's.
Kat was jealous and enraged. She had been awake for those years. She deserved the attention. What happened to Kat and Lucius being friends?
"What happened to US?" Kat would ask Lucius
"There was no us..."
"YES...there was..."
"No, there wasn't!"
"We were friends...you couldn't handle it."
Those were the conversations held every so often. Kat was enfuriated. How could Lucius blow off their friendship for another 'girl'? She had done this before, she made Amy go blank. It wasn't hard to do. She knew there was no way out of it except when she lifted it. There was never any resistance. Every time Kat tried, Rick woudl come and save the day. He kept Amy from going blank. This happened before Lucius came out and after he came out. The hatred in Kat was so strong.
Kat had been replaced by Rick and Rikki. She was enfuriated. She had an idea, something cruel to make Amy think of. She gave her ideas of using bondage, rape, and complete sadism of Rick and Rikki. Lucius immediately knew what was happening. The cage he originally built for Kat was breaking. Soon Kat was loose, but stuck in the depths of Amy's mind. Lucius wasted no time. He ran off one day to lock up the back of Amy's mind.
Other plans were being made. Kat knew Rick and Rikki soon. She knew she could keep her watch using Amy. When Lucius appeared, Kat distracted Amy. Lucius did not throw Amy into the very depths of her mind, but close enough. She was close enough to Kat to be distracted by her and could listen to her. It soon became that when Amy was out and Lucius and Kat were in the mind that Kat could inspire random hate into Amy and make herself known to Amy. |

Therefore, Kat in her greater amounts of hatred, wanted attention and possibly love. But, finding neither because of the fact she is the product of hate, interfered with Rick and Rikki's relationship. Kat made Amy bitter towards many kind words and gestures that Rick and Rikki had given her. Sadly, the pinnicle of 'Kat', rose to a height in which she was so infuriated she decided to take it out all on herself and the one person who loved and cared about her more than anything.
Rikki hearing of Kat's appearance decided she was a problem waiting to be removed. She saw her standing across this fiery plain which resembled the very depths of hell. Rikki, with her arrogant smirk and overconfidence, yawned at the sight of this new arrival. She swung her sword and prepared for battle. She held up her sword and then ran with the speed of lightning towards her opponent to strike her down in one blow. Kat just shrugged and tossed her fist across the air as if she was swatting a fly and knocked her sword from her hand. Without her weapon, Rikki was unsure on what to do next so she engaged her in hand to hand combat. Rikki fought bravely and landed several kicks to her but when Kat finally found a chance to strike a blow, she struck hard and made sure Rikki was down. Kat had begun to win.
The irrseperatable couple was split.
Lucius, in his weakened state, awoke to this chaos and truly wondered what had happened. Amy had changed in a way he could not completely understand. She seemed a bit more, angry. And did not understand fully on what happened until he saw his love, torn, naked, ripped apart, bleeding, and had heard that she begged on her knees to Kat so that she'd spare her life.
He knew it was an outrage and things were not right. And to find out that his love and him were split apart was devastating. He couldn't understand. But, upon his full knowlege of Kat he was certainly enlightened.
At first he was hesitant to fight her seeing that she was so strong. But, because he was fighting for his love, his future with her, and knew that now every one of Amy's friends were cheering the return of Rick and Amy's relationship, he was filled with a certain confidence that allowed him to beat Kat like a drum.
Rick and Rikki, intent on setting things right, made an uneasy truce with Rikki. She'd be allowed to take over whenever she pleased and as long as she pleased but must promise that things shall return to the way they were before Kat arrived on the scene. Rikki went out to many and assundry bookstores, libraries, and webpages to find some sort of spell or idea to keep Kat locked up or torn out for good.
Although it required some amounts of physical and mental wicca, Lucius listened closely to Rikki's idea and immediately considered it.
Along with her lord and lover, Lucius, they began a battle which would end this war. When this began, Rick and Amy began to get along and even get to a point that they couldn't be distinguished between a real couple. Already they were speaking of working their differences and trying to make some subtle changes.
Kat began to realize her end was near and started to take evasive actions but her power was fading fast. There was no escape or luck for Kat to fight back. Lucius, Rikki, Rick, and Amy had already begun to win.
