"Wicca is fake." - Said by my Christian Evangelistic Friend from Texasl, Amanda
I listened to a rant which lasted for over an hour...it consisted of going on a pro-longed bombastic oration....like a raving lunatic she went into a spiel about how someone should stop or kill them for their ungodly ways. It stopped the moment I told her to get off her soapbox.
She gave me a list of reasons why Jesus is right and the way of the witch is wrong. Why a cross should be around everyone's neck and not a pentagram. She even had a paper she wrong for her Christian Mythology class all about how Wicca is completely...and utterly fake.
All I could say was..."I believe." I may not be a diehard wiccan but I definately think it has alot of merit. The accusations made against them were unfair and unresearched...
Her biggest 'fact' was that Wiccan's apparently worship and devout themselves to Satan/The Devil. And to worship the dark one should be punished.
Eh...I just lost my temper and told her to call back later.
I can't take it when someone cannot tolerate someone elses religion...*sigh*...
