OMG! I take a look at the dates and realise just how long it's been since I last posted in here!
October 2004? Shit! Thats ages ago, I wasn't even a furry back then!
So I guess there's a lot of catching up to do...
Well... I seem to recall in the thread something on getting a trenchcoat... well.. I kinda failed back then... but I got a fucking nice cape! and I did get a nice leather trenchcoat recently too.

Back in November 2004 I joined an internet group, and was invited to a christmas celebration on the 18th of December. I attended it, and that's when I made up my mind. This is where I belong.
Something hit me during that meet... at the start of the meet I backed into a corner, however, someone approached me and proceeded to show me a portfolio of art, which happened to be quite funny (the furry problems portfolio... static buildup due to fur-rubbing-against-fur.. ROFL!)
start of meet: hoping I don't get dragged into the group...
end of meet: I willingly join in with the group.
Something happened. I changed for the better. I no longer feel the need to isolate, and I felt comfortable. They accepted me for who I was, no questions asked. I just be me.
Turns out it's what I wanted all along.
During the new year 2004-2005 I went to a friend's party, met a raccoon known as Dark Racoon... had no idea at that point we would become good friends... I've stayed round his place several times when I needed a break, and he became a roommate at Eurofurence.
Ah, yes, Eurofurence.
Even bigger news: SYRUSS SCALESKIN - THE ONE WHO WANTED TO ISOLATE HIMSELF WAS SEEN WILLINGLY ATTENDING A MAJOR SOCIAL EVENT, SOCIALISING WITH RANDOM PEOPLE AND OTHERS WHO HE DID KNOW, ACTUALLY TRUSTING PEOPLE ENOUGH TO ACCEPT LIQUOR FROM THEM, GOING OUT INTO THE MIDDLE OF A CITY IN GERMANY WITH PEOPLE HE HAD NEVER MET BEFORE, AND EVEN SEEN HUGGING PEOPLE WEARING THE FOLLOWING FURSUITS: A CHEETAH, A WEREWOLF, SEVERAL DOGS, A FEW FOXES, AND EVEN A SKUNK! OMG!
HOW DID THIS HAPPEN? THIS CAN'T BE THE SAME PERSON!
Hmm.. Believe it or not, it is! I changed! The furrys accepted me instantly into the fandom. I have even gone as far as to move in with a load of friends. I've made friends all over the world, have become a lot more open minded, and a lot happier.
and for those who don't believe the idea that I hugged a skunk... There's your proof!
