Dear sadists,

this room is green.

- Spam protection: No message will be sent anymore if the same message already exists.

- Increased price of player-offered contracts.

- Fixed bug of contracts page for TC, where the "max" link didn't set a possible value (thanks to vampire1402).

- You can now enter a title when sending messages (requested by Hollow).

- Personal Menu bug fixed: "View Trap Placement" link didn't work (thanks to LordAsriel).
