New XP System

Hello!

I've decided to release a list of recent changes because it might actually be kind of useful!

- The forum marks threads that have been posted before you had a new day as "new" now.

- New players that still have yet to choose a class will have a questionmark instead of TC or CS next to their names in the list of online players. (Thanks to steltie for pointing that out some time ago.)

- New players that still have yet to choose a class will see a temporary menu with only institute, dragon, help, forum, chat and logout links.

- Calculation of kills of crafted traps has been changed.

- When selling victims to the black market, the packages are made in more reasonable sizes now.

- New XP system has been implemented! It is now based more on kills, thus making it fair for people who kill a lot more than others, but would've gotten the same amount of XP with the previous XP system. Now XP depends on kills and effort. Thanks very much Khimitsu and Lordasriel for your help on that matter!
